Technical Specifications
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
TECHNICAL TERMS OF APARTMENTS
FRAME: It will be made of reinforced concrete. The whole construction is based on the anti-seismic regulations. (Changes are not acceptable except by the Civil Engineer of the Project).
MASONRY: The external walls will be of 25 cm thermally insulating bricks and the internal walls will be of 10 cm perforated bricks.
PLASTERING: There will be three coats of plaster inside and outside. (Thermofaçade will be made of 8 cm thick polystyrene).
PAINTS: Interior white emulsion paint, exterior santex paint for exterior use. (architect’s choice) A’ quality
FLOORS
- Living room – Dining room – Kitchen: Ceramic, purchase price €30/sq.m. (without the installation value) or Parquet €50/sq.m.
- Bedrooms: Ceramic, purchase value €30/sq.m. (without the installation value) or Parquet €50/sq.m.
- Verandas: Ceramic, purchase price €30/sq.m. (without placement value)
- Bathrooms – W.C: Ceramic, purchase price €30/sq.m. up to the roof. (without placement value)
- Kitchen wall: Granite will be placed in between where there are counters, purchase and installation value €600.
SANITARY WARE: The provision amount for sanitary ware will be €3,000 for a two-bedroom apartment and €2,000 for a one-bedroom apartment. (Includes WC, WB, bath mixer, shower mixer, basin mixer, trough, trough mixer, bathroom accessories). All WCs will be wall mounted.
WOODWORK
- Entrance door: The entrance door of the apartments will be Security Door by the Company: GABSTORE LTD approved by the Fire Service. Provision amount €1,300.
- Intermediate doors: The intermediate doors will have a purchase value of €360 per door.
- Kitchen: The kitchen will be Italian, purchase and installation value €6,000 for a two-bedroom apartment and €3,000 for a one-bedroom apartment.
- Countertops: The countertops will be granite with a purchase value of €1,500 with installation for a two-bedroom apartment and €800 for a one-bedroom apartment.
- Cupboards: According to the plans. The frame will be made of white melamine and the doors will be made of veneer, purchase and installation value €230/sq.m.
ALUMINUM: The aluminium will be anthracite colour with double thermal insulating glass, MU3000 series. (Changes are not acceptable).
CENTRAL HEATING: Underfloor heating with Heat will be installed Pump up for the two-bedroom apartments and electric heaters for the one-bedroom apartments.
PLUMBING INSTALLATION: In the plumbing installation will be used “pipe in pipe” pipes for hot and cold water.
SOLAR HEATER: For each apartment, with a capacity of 180 litres, brand VALENTINES.
A/C: 3 appliances for two-bedroom apartments and 2 appliances for one-bedroom apartments brand HAIER will be installed.
COLOUR INTERCOM SYSTEM: Colour intercom system for all apartments.
PRESSURE SYSTEM: An independent pressure system will be installed for all apartments. Purchase and installation value €250.
BALCONIES: Glass railings will be installed on all balconies.
ELECTRIC SHUTTERS: Electric shutters will be installed on all bedroom windows. (The choice will be made by the architect and changes are not acceptable).
ELECTRICALLY
- Living room: Six double sockets, a TV point, a double telephone point with internet, two lighting points.
- Kitchen: Four double sockets and six heaters for appliances, two lighting points.
- Rooms: Four double sockets, a TV point, a lighting point aller – retour, a double telephone point with internet.
- Corridor: One double socket, one lighting point
ROOF: On the roof will be installed 8 cm polystyrene for thermal insulation and 4 mm corrugated paper for waterproofing.
CENTRAL ANTENNA SYSTEM: A central antenna system will be installed.
SHOWER DOORS: Glass doors will be installed in the showers.
ELECTRIC ENTRANCE RAILINGS: Paneled electric bars will be installed at the entrance of the Building.
DECORATIVE PLASTERBOARD: Decorative plasterboard will be installed in all areas of the living room and kitchen.
W/C: All W/C will be built-in wall.

- The above prices of the technical terms include the legal 19% VAT.
- VAT will be charged on the additional works.
- All materials will be supplied by company partners.
- The whole external appearance does not accept changes.
