Tecnical Specifications
TECHNICAL TERMS OF APARTMENTS IN EGKOMI
STRUCTURE: It will be constructed from reinforced concrete. The entire construction will comply with seismic regulations. (No changes accepted except by the Project Civil Engineer).
MASONRY: The external walls will be made of 25 cm thick thermal insulation bricks and the internal walls will be made of perforated bricks 10 cm thick.
PLASTERING: Three layers of plaster will be applied internally and externally. (Thermal insulation using 8 cm thick polystyrene will also be applied).
PAINTING: Interior walls will be painted with white emulsion paint and exterior walls will be painted with Santex outdoor paint. (Architect’s choice).
FLOORS
- Living room – Dining room – Kitchen: Ceramic, purchase value €30/m².
- Bedrooms: Parquet, purchase and installation value €30/m².
- Verandas: Ceramic, purchase value €30/m².
- Bathrooms – W.C.: Ceramic, purchase value €30/m² up to the threshold.
- Kitchen wall: Granite will be installed on the intermediate area where countertops exist.
SANITARY WARE: The provision amount for sanitary ware is: €2,000 for one-bedroom apartments, €3,000 for two-bedroom apartments, and €4,000 for three-bedroom apartments. The amount includes the following items: WC, washbasin, bathroom mixer, shower mixer, basin mixer, sink, sink mixer, and bathroom accessories. All WCs will be wall-hung and built-in.
CARPENTRY
- Entrance door: Apartment entrance door will be armored security type by Gabstore Company approved by the Fire Service. Provision amount €1,300.
- Interior doors: Interior doors purchase and installation value €380 each.
- Kitchen: Kitchen design will be selected by buyer, with purchase and installation value: €3,000 for one-bedroom apartments, €5,000 for two-bedroom apartments, and €7,000 for three-bedroom apartments.
- Countertop: Countertop will be granite with purchase value €2,000 for all apartments including installation.
- Cabinets: According to plans. Purchase and installation value €230/m².
ALUMINIUM: The aluminium will be anthracite color with double-glazed thermal insulating glass and MU3000 series. (No changes accepted).
CENTRAL HEATING: Underfloor heating with ARISTON heat pump will be installed for two and three-bedroom apartments.
PLUMBING INSTALLATION: A pipe-in-pipe system will be used for hot and cold water.
SOLAR WATER HEATER: For each apartment, capacity 180 liters, brand VALENTINES.
PROVISION FOR A/C: Only provision for A/C piping will be included. For one-bedroom apartments two HISENSE A/C units will be installed.
COLORED VIDEO INTERCOM SYSTEM: For all apartments.
INDEPENDENT BOOSTER SYSTEM: An independent booster system will be installed for all apartments. Purchase and installation value €250.
GLASS RAILINGS: Will be installed on all balconies.
ELECTRIC SHUTTERS: Will be installed on all bedroom windows. (Chosen by the architect; no changes allowed).
ELECTRICAL
- Living room: six sockets, one TV point, one telephone point, two lighting points.
- Kitchen: four sockets and six sockets for appliances, two lighting points.
- Rooms: four sockets, one TV point, one lighting point, one telephone point.
- Corridor: one socket, one lighting point.
ROOF: On the roof, 8 cm polystyrene will be installed for thermal insulation as well as 4 mm roofing felt for waterproofing.
CENTRAL ANTENNA SYSTEM: Will be installed.
GLASS DOORS: Will be installed in the showers.
PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS: 2 KVA will be installed for two and three-bedroom apartments.
HANDLES: Handles for cabinets, kitchen and doors will be valued at €500.
DECORATIVE GYPSUM BOARDS: Will be installed in bathrooms.
