Technical Specifications
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
TECHNICAL TERMS OF APARTMENTS IN LIMASSOL
STRUCTURE: Will be constructed from reinforced concrete. The entire construction will be based on anti-seismic regulations. (No changes are accepted except by the Project’s Civil Engineer).
MASONRY: Exterior walls will be made of 25 cm bricks and interior walls will be made of 10 cm perforated bricks.
PLASTERING: Three coats of plaster will be applied internally and externally. Thermal insulation with 8 cm polystyrene.
PAINTING: Interior walls will be painted with white emulsion paint, and exterior walls with Santex paint for external use. (Selection by the architect)
FLOORING
- Living Room / Dining Room / Kitchen: Ceramic, purchase value €25/sq.m.
- Bedrooms: Ceramic, purchase value €25/sq.m.
- Verandas and roof garden: Ceramic, purchase value €25/sq.m.
- Bathrooms / W.C.: Ceramic, purchase value €25/sq.m. up to a height of 2.40 cm.
- Kitchen wall ceramics: Will be installed in the spaces between countertops. Tile height 0.60 m, purchase value €25/sq.m.
SANITARY WARE: The provision amount for sanitary ware will be €1,500 for the entire apartment. (Includes WC, WB, shower mixer, basin mixer, sink, sink mixer, bathroom accessories, and shower door).
CARPENTRY
- Entrance door: Entrance door of the apartments will be white-finished, solid, approved by the Fire Service. Provision amount €1,200.
- Interior doors: Interior doors of veneered plywood. Purchase value €380.
- Kitchen: Kitchen will be of a selected design, with a purchase and installation value of €2,000 for a one-bedroom apartment.
- Countertops: Countertops will be of technogranite, purchase and installation value €800 for one-bedroom apartment.
- Wardrobes: According to plans. Frame will be made of white melamine and the swing doors of veneered plywood. Purchase and installation value €210/sq.m.
ALUMINIUM: Aluminium will be silver color with double glazing low-e and MU3000 THERMA series. (No changes accepted).
PLUMBING INSTALLATION: Pipe-in-pipe system will be used for hot and cold water.
SOLAR WATER HEATER: For each apartment, capacity of 150 litres, brand Valentines.
A/C: Two HISENSE units will be installed, one 18,000 BTU and one 12,000 BTU.
VIDEO ENTRY SYSTEM: Color video door entry system for all apartments.
PRESSURE SYSTEM: An independent pressure system will be installed for all apartments. Purchase and installation value €250.
BALCONIES: Glass railings will be installed on all balconies.
ELECTRIC SHUTTERS: Electric shutters will be installed on all bedroom windows. (Selection by the architect, no changes accepted).
ELECTRICAL
- Living Room: six sockets, one TV point, one internet point, two lighting points.
- Kitchen: four sockets and six heater points for appliances, two lighting points.
- Bedrooms: four sockets, one TV point, one lighting point, one internet point.
- Corridor: one socket point, one lighting point.
ROOF: The roof will be fitted with 8 cm polystyrene for thermal insulation and 4 mm roofing felt for waterproofing.
CENTRAL ANTENNA SYSTEM: A central antenna system will be installed.
PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM: A 3 KVA photovoltaic system will be installed for the common areas.
GYPSUM WORKS: In bathrooms, plasterboard with spotlights will be installed, and above the kitchen counter, plasterboard will be installed up to the ceiling.
NOTES
- All materials will be supplied by the company’s partners.
- No changes will be accepted to the overall exterior appearance.
- The buyer has the right to remove or reallocate provision amounts from one term to another.
