GENERAL DESCRIPTION
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF APARTMENTS IN AGIOS DOMETIOS
STRUCTURE: Will be constructed from reinforced concrete. The entire construction complies with seismic regulations. (No changes allowed except by the Project Civil Engineer).
WALLS: The exterior walls will be made of 25 cm thermal insulation bricks and the interior walls of 10 cm perforated bricks.
PLASTERING: Three coats of plaster internally and externally. (An 8 cm polystyrene thermal insulation system will be applied on the exterior walls).
PAINTING: Interior painting with white emulsion paint; exterior painting with Santex paint for outdoor use. (Choice by the architect).
FLOORS
- Living Room – Dining Room – Kitchen: Ceramic tiles, purchase value €30/m².
- Bedrooms: Ceramic tiles, purchase value €30/m².
- Balconies: Ceramic tiles, purchase value €30/m².
- Bathrooms – W.C.: Ceramic tiles, purchase value €30/m² up to the threshold.
- Kitchen wall tiles: Installed between countertops, height 0.60 m, purchase value €30/m².
SANITARY WARE: Provision of €3,000 for sanitary ware in two- and three-bedroom apartments. (Includes WC, washbasin, bathroom mixer, shower mixer, basin mixer, sink, sink mixer, bathroom accessories).
CARPENTRY
- Entrance door: Apartment entrance door will be coated in white, fully approved by the Fire Service. Provision amount €1,300.
- Interior doors: Interior doors will be plywood coated. Purchase value €380.
- Kitchen: Kitchen will be chosen by the client, with purchase and installation value of €5,000 for two-bedroom and €6,000 for three-bedroom apartments.
- Countertops: Countertops will be granite, purchase and installation value €1,500 for both two- and three-bedroom apartments.
- Cabinets: According to plans. Frame made of white melamine, doors made of coated plywood. Purchase and installation value €220/m².
- Handles: Handles for cabinets and kitchen countertops: Provision €400.
ALUMINUM FRAMES: Aluminum frames will be anthracite color with double thermal insulated glass, series MU3000 by MUSKITA. (No changes accepted).
CENTRAL HEATING: Electric heating units up to operational status, type ATLANTIC F117P.
PLUMBING INSTALLATION: Pipe-in-pipe tubes will be used for hot and cold water.
SOLAR WATER HEATER: One per apartment, capacity 180 liters, brand VALENTINES.
PROVISION FOR A/C: Provision for A/C piping only.
COLOR VIDEO INTERCOM: System for all apartments.
INDEPENDENT PRESSURE SYSTEM: Will be installed for all apartments. Purchase and installation value €250.
GLASS RAILINGS: Will be installed on all balconies.
ELECTRIC SHUTTERS: Will be installed on all bedroom windows. (Choice by the architect; no changes allowed).
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
- Living Room: six sockets, one TV point, one telephone point, two lighting points.
- Kitchen: four sockets, six heater sockets for appliances, two lighting points.
- Bedrooms: four sockets, one TV point, one lighting point, one telephone point.
- Corridor: one socket, one lighting point.
ROOF INSULATION: 8 cm polystyrene for thermal insulation and 4 mm roofing felt for waterproofing.
PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM: 2KVA independent for each two- and three-bedroom apartment.

- The entire exterior appearance does not accept changes.
- No internal design changes are allowed after work has started.
