Tecnical Specifications
TECHNICAL TERMS FOR APARTMENTS IN STROVOLOS
STRUCTURE: The structure will be constructed from reinforced concrete. The entire construction follows seismic regulations. (No changes are allowed except by the project’s Civil Engineer).
WALLS: The exterior walls will be made of 25 cm thick thermal insulation bricks, and the interior walls will be made of 10 cm hollow bricks.
PLASTERING: Three coats of plaster will be applied internally and externally. (A thermal façade will be installed using 8 cm thick polystyrene).
PAINTING: Internal walls will be painted with white emulsion paint, while external walls will be painted with Santex paint for outdoor use. (Colour selection by the architect).
FLOORS
- Living room – Dining room – Kitchen: Ceramic tiles, purchase cost €30/m².
- Bedrooms: Parquet, purchase and installation cost €30/m².
- Balconies: Ceramic tiles, purchase cost €30/m².
- Bathrooms – WC: Ceramic tiles, purchase cost €30/m² up to the lintel.
- Kitchen wall: Granite will be installed on the wall where there are countertops.
SANITARY ITEMS: The budget for sanitary items will be €3,000 for a 2-bedroom apartment and €4,000 for a 3-bedroom apartment. (This includes WC, washbasins, bath mixer, shower mixer, sink mixer, sink, and bathroom accessories). All WCs will be wall-hung and built-in.
WOODWORK
- Main entrance door: The entrance doors to the apartments will be armoured security doors from the Gabstore company, approved by the Fire Department. Budget €1,300.
- Interior doors: Purchase and installation cost €380 each.
- Kitchen: The kitchen design will be based on the customer’s choice, with the purchase and installation cost being €5,000 for a 2-bedroom apartment and €7,000 for a 3-bedroom apartment.
- Countertop covers: Granite countertops, purchase and installation cost €2,000 for all apartments.
- Wardrobes: According to the plans, purchase and installation cost €230/m².
ALUMINUM: The aluminium windows will be anthracite in colour with double thermal insulation glass, series MU3000. (No changes allowed).
CENTRAL HEATING: Underfloor heating will be installed using an ARISTON heat pump.
PLUMBING INSTALLATION: The plumbing installation will use “pipe in pipe” systems for both hot and cold water.
SOLAR WATER HEATER: A 180-liter solar water heater, brand VALENTINES, will be installed for each apartment.
PROVISION FOR A/C: Only the pre-installation for air conditioning (ducting) will be provided.
VIDEO INTERCOM SYSTEM: A colour video intercom system will be installed for all apartments.
PRESSURE SYSTEM: An independent pressurized water system will be installed for all apartments. Purchase and installation cost €250.
BALCONY RAILINGS: Glass railings will be installed on all balconies.
ELECTRIC SHUTTERS: Electric shutters will be installed on all bedroom windows. (Selection will be made by the architect, and no changes are allowed).
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
- Living room: Six power outlets, one TV point, one telephone point, two lighting points.
- Kitchen: Four power outlets, six heater points for appliances, two lighting points.
- Bedrooms: Four power outlets, one TV point, one lighting point, one telephone point.
- Corridor: One power outlet, one lighting point.
Roof Insulation: The roof will be insulated with 8 cm thick polystyrene for thermal insulation and 4 mm thick bitumen membrane for waterproofing.
Antenna System: A central antenna system will be installed.
Shower Glass Doors: Glass shower doors will be installed.
Photovoltaic System: A 2 kVA photovoltaic system will be installed.
Handles: Handles for wardrobes, kitchen units, and doors will be provided at a cost of €500.
Decorative Gypsum Boards: Decorative gypsum boards will be installed in the bathrooms.

- The above prices include VAT on the approval.
- For additional works, VAT will be charged.
- All materials will be supplied by the company’s partners.
- No changes are allowed to the exterior appearance of the building.
